Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and achievement of common sales objectives.
  • Welcome and advise customers, providing expert knowledge on our products and services.
  • Share the story behind our products, delivering our expertise and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Be proactive and bold in proposing complementary products, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and retention of customers, building privileged and lasting relationships.
  • Be actively part of the operational life of the store, including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
  • Control and respect internal procedures and guidelines.
  • Support the digital evolution of the house, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Be a great ambassador of Celine and the group, embodying the brand spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and the fashion or luxury sector.
  • High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
  • Ability to understand and go beyond customers' needs to provide the best customer experience.
  • Taste for challenge and a team spirit.
  • Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ownership, empathy, and curiosity.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with a third language a plus.
