About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at Michael Kors in Puerto Banus. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Jet Set Team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Take ownership of personal performance and self-evaluation, ensuring alignment with brand standards
  • Ensure image and grooming standards are maintained, adhering to brand policy
  • Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies, product knowledge, and brand standards
  • Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Proactively manage client database and utilize information to increase sales
  • Maintain floor presence and lead by example, building strong relationships with management and colleagues
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, holding self-accountable for results
  • Utilize product knowledge packs to become a selling expert, advising customers with passion and confidence
  • Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales
  • Ensure loss prevention and H&S guidelines are followed
Requirements
  • Excitement and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Collaborative and inspiring team player, working together to achieve results
  • Technology proficient, with knowledge and use of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experience
  • Fluent English preferable, with strong communication skills
