Retail Sales Associate

The Sales Associate contributes to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing COACH selling skills and COACH Service training. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals and delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations. The Sales Associate represents COACH to the consumer, acts as an ambassador of the brand, and ensures customer needs are consistently exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand how individual productivity impacts the store's overall performance
- Behave as a brand ambassador, embodying the COACH values and standards
- Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Maintain high energy levels on the sales floor, creating a positive and engaging customer experience
- Consistently achieve sales goals, meeting or exceeding targets
- Able to work effectively with multiple customers simultaneously, providing exceptional service
- Consistently anticipate and meet customers' needs, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
- Provide service to all customers according to the COACH Approach standards, delivering a personalized and memorable experience
- Participate as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to meet and exceed performance standards
- Champion company initiatives and support management decisions, driving business growth and success
- Demonstrate professional ethics and integrity in all interactions, upholding the COACH brand reputation
High level of English proficiency is required to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
