Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to customers, meeting their needs and expectations, and exceeding their expectations whenever possible.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge of Etro products, including their history, heritage, and features.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers with purchases, provide recommendations, and ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Visual Merchandising: Contribute to the visual display of products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Help ensure that products are replenished and physical inventory is accurate.
- Teamwork: Establish good group dynamics, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
- Passion for Fashion and Luxury: Deep passion for fashion and luxury, with a strong understanding of the industry.
