Job Summary

The Sales Associate III plays a vital role in driving store sales, productivity, and service excellence by leveraging Coach selling skills and service training. This individual will be responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand how individual productivity impacts the store's overall performance
  • Behave as a brand ambassador, embodying the Coach values and standards
  • Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs
  • Maintain high energy levels on the sales floor
  • Consistently achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
  • Service all customers according to the Coach Approach standards
  • Participate as a team member and encourage team members to meet and exceed performance standards
  • Champion company initiatives and support management decisions
  • Demonstrate professional ethics and a commitment to excellence
Requirements
  • Very good English proficiency is essential
  • Previous experience in a retail service environment is required
  • Background in working in luxury retail is desirable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
