Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Associate to join our team at Serneholt Estate in San Pedro de Alcantara. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and requests, and supporting our Agents in their day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Manage our office, ensuring it is always in perfect condition, and update our window cards with properties to support our Agents.
  • Viewing Coordination: Book and arrange viewings, update our property listings and new developments in our CRM system, and prepare viewings to ensure a smooth experience for our clients.
  • After-Sale Support: Provide assistance to our clients after the sale, ensuring they are satisfied with our services.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Computer Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is required, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, flexibility, and attention to detail are essential, as well as a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
