Job Title: Boutique Sales Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team at Etro in Puerto Banus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Etro's products, history, and heritage.
- Assist clients in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Contribute to achieving store goals by driving sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a visually appealing store environment and ensure effective inventory management.
Requirements:
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
- Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English.
