We are seeking a seasoned Cluster People & Culture Director to lead our three Kimpton Hotels in Spain. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing human resources strategies that align with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with our business goals and objectives.
- Oversee talent acquisition and management, ensuring the selection of high-caliber talent for various roles within the hotels.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate seamless integration of new employees.
- Develop and maintain talent management programs, including career development and succession planning.
- Act as a mediator in employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently across all three hotels.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with the corporate HR team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits packages.
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations in Spain, ensuring our hotels' compliance.
