Job Title: Digital Media Sales Lead
Company Overview: Rakuten is a leading e-commerce platform that offers a wide range of products and services to its customers. As a Digital Media Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading and closing advertising deals in video & display across media platforms specializing in CTV, OTT, Mobile & Cross Device with brands, media agencies, and Adtech partners.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans for the team to advise and influence
- Prospect clients using a range of methods (phone, email, LinkedIn, networking events)
- Conduct research projects to identify new revenue stream growth in the media landscape
- Develop and oversee process improvement initiatives
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective and current clients and key decision-makers within each organization
- Create upsell and/or cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
- Responsible for achieving individual quarterly and annual sales targets plus contributing to team targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly organized, proactive, experienced digital marketing sales professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of success
- Ability to develop prospecting strategies for key stakeholders
- Understanding of client needs to create live and proactive proposals based on client objectives
