Estimated Salary:€85,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop strategic plans for the sales team to advise and influence key stakeholders.
- Prospect new business opportunities with media agencies, brands, and Adtech partners.
- Create sales pipelines and target lists for prospecting.
- Client Relationships:
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective and current clients to close high-revenue deals.
- Understand client needs to create live proposals based on client objectives.
- Create upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
- Financial Performance:
- Oversee reporting to ensure team and individual targets are being achieved.
- Achieve individual quarterly and annual sales targets and contribute to team targets.
- Demonstrated success in digital media sales with a strong track record of closing high-value deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
