Job Description
This role has been designed as an onsite position with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office in Belgium. As a Digital Sales Director, you will lead the sales team to success, aligning with the company's vision and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales team to exceed goals and drive growth and profitability.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent, adapting the team to maximize performance.
- Manage major customer engagements, resolve escalations, and drive a hunting mentality.
- Engage with customer executives to build trust and deliver HPE's value proposition.
- Coach teams on technical, investment, and pricing strategies.
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and customer success.
- Establish sales methodology, manage planning, and ensure execution.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and feedback.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strategic leadership skills to align the team with HPE's vision.
- Customer care skills to build long-term relationships and understand HPE's portfolio.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
