Our team of over 2,800 employees is dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers. If you're looking to advance your career in our Maritime division, we're currently seeking a Customer Service Manager for our Barcelona office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Customer Service Departments in Spain, overseeing Export Booking, Export Invoicing, Export Customer Service, Export Documentation, Cargo Readiness Team, Import Customer Services, and Import.
  • Maintain regular communication with our Head Office to ensure alignment with group policies and procedures.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service quality.
  • Monitor productivity reports and KPIs for management.

Requirements:

  • Studies in Foreign Trade, Transport Management, Logistics, or Maritime Business.
  • Experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role.
  • Maritime services experience, as well as experience in Intermodal services.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and customer approach skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Teamwork and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
