Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B accounts, developing and nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, including day-to-day contact, pricing, negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Maintain current commitments while identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per account.
  • Minimize account churn and identify prospects among churned clients to win them back.
  • Ensure profitability goals are achieved and all aspects of Tree-Nation processes are carried out accurately and on time.
  • Monitor the flow of orders through our systems, address and resolve issues, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Full professional fluency in English and French, with Spanish a plus.
  • Experience in B2B account management, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment.
  • Strong relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs.
  • Passion for reforestation and fighting climate change.
