Mallorca Luxury Resort Operations Manager

Le Collectionist is seeking an experienced Luxury Resort Operations Manager to join their team in Mallorca. This is a critical role that requires a high level of leadership, organization, and communication skills. As a key member of the Supply, Stay & Conciergerie business unit, you will be responsible for ensuring company service and operational standards are consistently delivered across the resort portfolio.

About the Role

  • Manage villa portfolios to ensure highest level of guest satisfaction
  • Lead and coordinate the Resort team composed of Onsite Concierge, Rental Managers, and Local Representatives
  • Oversight of both portfolio quality and activation through optimized owner account management
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience, resolving any issues raised during their stay

Responsibilities

  1. Off-season villa portfolio management
  2. Portfolio movements (offboards, request for supply to Business Development team)
  3. Constant monitoring of portfolio and house KPIs to optimize portfolio activation
  4. Account management recommendations to make owners best partners (regular face-to-face touchpoints)
  5. Qualification of 100% of portfolio
  6. Commercial information and documents up to date in relevant tools
  7. World-class portfolio activation (pricing and availability optimizations, content and descriptions)
  8. In-resort team setup and coordination before season
  9. Onboarding onsite teams, in-house trainings matching Le Collectionist standards
  10. Office space, cars, housing if needed (allocated budget)
  11. Company tools and Gold Standards implementation
  12. Weekly staffing needs planning, managing staff working hours (regulations compliance)
  13. Resort accounts, cash floats, operating budgets management
  14. Liaise with Regional Director, smooth communication
  15. In-resort stock management
  16. Pre-arrival team meetings, weekend arrivals coordination
  17. In-season smooth run, optimal guest experience focus
  18. Properties pre-season house inspection with supply teams support
  19. Customer experience management: guardian of quality guest reception and issue resolution
  20. Supporting teams responding to dissatisfied customer requests, complaints assistance
  21. Post-stay damages and litigation handling with Guest Relation team support

Requirements

  • Work schedule flexibility: Saturdays and Sundays required during high season
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred)
