Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca. As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage a team of stewards to ensure exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverages to oversee special projects and assignments
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety guidelines and regulations
- Implement effective inventory management and control systems
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a luxury setting
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in HACCP and Health & Safety protocols
