- Complete Management Accounts within the given timeframe, passing them to the Hotel Controller for revision.
- Prepare and turn over month-end report files in readiness for end-of-month reporting.
- Deputize for the Payroll Manager in their absence.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, encouraging exception reports and analyses.
- Manage subordinate colleagues to optimize profitability and enhance guest experience.
- Post activity to the general ledger, including monthly accruals.
