**Our Client**

**Your Role**
You will work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional manner. You will analyze customers' problems and offer individual solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide omnichannel service to consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media
- Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
- Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador
**Requirements**
Essential skills and experience include:
- Fluent level of Polish and English with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary of €89,93 per year (gross), paid monthly. You will also receive a monthly bonus of €75 and night shift payments of €1.85 per hour between 10:00 pm and 3:00 am. Holidays include 2 accrued days per month, 24 calendar holidays, and paid bank holidays, plus one extra day in lieu. You can work from anywhere in Spain and will receive 1 week of full-time online training. Our office is located in Barcelona (La Sagrera).
