About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at bsport. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and support tickets using our Intercom platform
Manage customer email communications with a friendly and solutions-oriented approach
Assist customers in resolving their inquiries, issues, or concerns effectively and efficiently
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions to customers
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues for analysis and improvement
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues are resolved and provide insights to enhance our products and services.

Requirements:
Have proficiency in German as your primary language and be fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Be customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Have experience with Intercom or similar customer support platforms is a plus.
