Estimated Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 EUR/yearThe Job Responsibilities- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions that help them make the most of our platform.
- Assist in managing the customer experience from onboarding to adoption, ensuring they are engaged and satisfied with the service.
- Support Customer Success Managers with client communication, reporting, and strategic initiatives that drive customer success and retention.
