Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the Elanco sales strategy and sales plan to attain business goals and growth.
• Achieve sales objectives in targeted accounts and cultivate customer relationships to increase our customer experience through products, people, and projects.

Core Competencies:

• Drive Pet Health portfolio growth and manage key customer accounts in expansion markets.
• Lead business development for Pet Health Accounts and ensure sell-out plans in Pet Health Accounts and sell-in at distributor level.
• Implement all marketing activities on the field and monitor, evaluate, and act on sales deviations on product or partner level, developing corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Education background in Veterinary or Animal Science.
• At least 3 years of expertise in vet clinics, pet-food, sales in the Animal Industry or technical veterinarian role.
• English high level (spoken & written) and fluent Spanish.

Preferred Skills:

• Positive attitude and fit with Elanco Cultural Pillars.
• Passion for the animal health industry.
• Inquisitive and self-starting.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
