About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Key Account Manager to join our team at Stora Enso. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and profitable growth with leading brand owners and retailers globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide value-added solutions.
  • Develop Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and commercialize innovative packaging solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Lead Sales Processes: Manage sales processes from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee Forecasting and Planning: Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop accurate forecasts and plans that drive business growth.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Continuously identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Provide Market Insights: Provide valuable market insights and analysis to drive ongoing success and innovation within the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: Approximately 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in sales in the FMCG sector within the folding box industry or packaging purchasing at brand owners/retailers focusing on fiber-based packaging.
  • Customer Insight: Deep understanding of customer relations and market dynamics with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Passion for Sustainability: A shared passion for creating and nurturing opportunities in the sustainable packaging sector.
  • Can-Do Attitude: A proactive and positive approach to challenges and opportunities.
