Requirements
  1. Experience: 6+ years in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  2. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Golang, experience with Kubernetes, Redis, Clickhouse, Postgres, and NATS.
  3. Software Engineering Skills: Excellent practical understanding of high-performance, highly distributed computing, and strong focus on testing.
  4. Design Principles: Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design, standard design patterns, and experience with multithreaded architectures, web services, and caching.
  5. Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to learn and work across various technologies and products, continuously seeking to innovate and bring new technologies to their work.
  6. Problem-Solving: Solid understanding of the business context, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to design applications, apply best practices, and handle performance optimization and security issues.
  7. Leadership: Capability to lead larger projects or multiple initiatives with a high level of autonomy, providing guidance and mentorship to other team members.
  8. Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate technical concepts, influence decision-making, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business.
  9. Customer Engagement: Experience actively participating in customer discussions, either internal or external customers.
