About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for functional areas of our Vonage Video API platform. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop product experiences that are easy to implement and drive platform value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver product features that meet customer needs.
  • Work with customers to understand their requirements and develop product solutions that meet their needs.
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Define key metrics to evaluate product performance and measure success.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering client or cloud-based platform products and features.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Action-oriented with a strong ability to leverage initiative and collaboration skills to get things done.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform product decisions.
  • Technical background in APIs and SDKs using WebRTC, with experience in building real-time video or voice-based customer experiences.
  • Background or experience in machine learning is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
