Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Manhattan Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in maintaining high culinary standards across all outlets and banqueting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen operations to cater to consistently high volumes in all outlets
  • Support the Executive Chef in maintaining high culinary standards
  • Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and culinary programs
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute special events and banquets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity, innovation, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
