**Job Overview**

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Business Enablement Strategist to join its Incubation Business Enablement and Operations team. This role will play a critical part in setting up and enabling HP's Incubation portfolio with adequate business processes for short, mid, and long-term success.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in business management and operations, with a strong background in procurement, finance, and process development. They will be responsible for managing end-to-end processes, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and implementing new operating models to accelerate incubation onboarding and scale-up.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. They should also have a strong understanding of HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Setup & Enablement of HP's Incubation portfolio
  • Help founders navigate HP complexity
  • Identify Resource Requirements & implement an integrated end-to-end plan
  • Simplify and Implement New Operating Models to accelerate incubation onboarding & scale-up
  • End-to-End Business Enablement, Trading Structure & Operations Strategy in the short, mid, and long term
  • Process Definition, Documentation & Continuous Improvement

**Requirements:**

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred: Business Administration or Engineering
  • 10-15 years of related experience in Business Management and Operations
  • External experience highly valuable, preferably in a small company/startup environment
  • HP SAP systems background, Procurement (internal or external) process background

**Benefits:**

  • Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum
  • 25% travel allowance

**About the Role:**

This is a full-time position requiring 10-15 years of experience in business management and operations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner relationship management. They will be responsible for managing end-to-end processes, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and implementing new operating models to accelerate incubation onboarding and scale-up.

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Benefits include 25% travel allowance, no shift premium, and equal opportunity employer status.
