Your Role in BizAway
You will lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract, carrying a personal quota. You will present our solution to various stakeholders, including C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc. This includes presenting live demos of our platform to qualified prospects. Additionally, you will run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints to generate pipeline.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract

Required Skills and Qualifications
You have an excellent level of German and English, both written and spoken at a native level. At least 2 years of experience as a top-performing AE in a tech company is required. Your attitude should be "No excuses"; you know your success depends on you and no one else. You must have a hunger for challenges and a desire to raise the bar every day. Proactivity is essential, as you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes. Flexibility is also necessary, as you will work in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
