Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Commercial and Sales Analytics Specialist to join our team in Asturias, Spain. The successful candidate will provide advanced commercial sales support to Group Account Managers/Sales Operational Leaders, help drive a more effective sales process across the organization, and ensure internal/external customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned customers, including roles and responsibilities, internal relationships, and decision-makers.
- Interact with the broader network of internal Axalta partners to ensure customer requirements are understood and commitments are met.
- Provide advanced commercial support to Account Managers & Sales Operational Leaders.
- Manage required SOX processes, including Sales and Revenue Process – Rebates, Discounts & Commissions, Sales revenues are not improperly recognized, KG- Price List Validation, Payment Terms, Incoterms.
- Responsible for price-related topics, including creation of KG price changes requests via SFDC (for price changes in SAP), KG price list update and maintenance in internal customer prices list and in OMP+ as well.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree qualification in business administration, economics, marketing, or any other related field.
- Business acumen, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, SAP.
- Ideal fluency in English, German, and preferably one additional language (French, Spanish).
