We are seeking a Data Insights and Commercial Strategy Analyst to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.

This role involves providing advanced commercial support to Group Account Managers/Sales Operational Leaders, driving a more effective sales process across the organization, and ensuring internal/external customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of assigned customers: understanding roles and responsibilities, internal relationships, and decision makers within Axalta.
  • Interacting with the broader network of internal partners to ensure customer requirements are met and commitments are fulfilled.
  • Providing advanced commercial support to Account Managers & Sales Operational Leaders.
  • Managing required SOX processes (Sales and Revenue Process – Rebates, Discounts & Commissions, Sales revenues not improperly recognized, KG- Price List Validation, Payment Terms, Incoterms).
  • Responsible for price-related topics: creation of KG price changes requests via SFDC (for prices changes in SAP), KG price list update and maintenance in internal Customer prices list and in OMP+ as well (in OMP+ for all assigned Customers - regardless of whether CPU or KG Customer).

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree qualification in business administration, economics, marketing, or any related field.
  • Business acumen, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office, SAP).
  • Ideally, fluent in English, German, and preferably one additional language (French, Spanish).

Estimated salary range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
