Totalenergies, a leading energy company in Spain, offers an exciting opportunity for a B2C Commercial Strategy Director to join our team. With 2.6 million B2C customers and 30,000 B2B customer contracts, we operate in a high-volume, low-margin activity where strategic planning is crucial.

Job Summary

We seek an experienced professional to lead our B2C commercial strategy, defining sales objectives and developing strategies to achieve them. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in commercial management and team leadership, with a strong background in data analysis, business analysis, and customer experience management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the B2C sales strategy, including segmentation, positioning, and differentiation
  • Analyze internal and external situations to identify market opportunities and prioritize product development
  • Define targets and ensure the development of commercial actions using market knowledge
  • Oversee the pinpointing and realization of partnership opportunities with other companies
  • Select suppliers and define expenditure forecasts
  • Drive coordination or harness synergies with other units

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial management and team leadership
  • High level of English (spoken and written) and knowledge of French an advantage
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Marketing, or related field an advantage

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
