Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze regional financial performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure financial and operational performance across the region.
- Collaborate with innovation, marketing, and product management teams to evaluate new product opportunities, pricing strategies, and market expansion plans.
- Provide financial support and analysis for innovation projects, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and financial objectives.
As a Regional Finance Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the designated region. This role requires a strong focus on business partnering to support regional commercial teams and other cross-functional teams, such as innovation, marketing, and product management, to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional accounting qualification (CIMA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in an international environment in a medium to large sized company, ideally within a manufacturing or food ingredients company.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
- Strong drive for results, customer focused. Effective team player.
- Proven experience in supporting commercial teams and driving business growth through financial insights and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).
- Languages: fluent written and spoken English is a must.
