">We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce and Salesforce Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting regional users with day-to-day work in Salesforce.com, while contributing to new initiatives, especially in the global implementation of a new e-commerce storefront for the Industrial Business.
">Key Responsibilities
">Your primary duties will include:

- Providing first-line support for issues relating to Salesforce.com and integrated systems, collaborating with IT specialists as needed to drive issue resolution.">
- Handling ad-hoc report and dashboard requests.">
- Coordinating and executing ongoing data maintenance and clean-up activities.">
- Running User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and bug fixes, preparing and conducting end-user training.">
Webshop-Specific Responsibilities

- Supporting EMEA and NA regions in implementing the new webshop, including UAT, training, and data cleanup activities.">
- Contributing to adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training, and ongoing usability improvement initiatives.">

- Running constant clean-up and maintenance activities, connecting with responsible teams to ensure product data availability for introducing new products or marketing campaigns.">

Salary and Benefits
