RHI Magnesita is a leading technology company in the refractory industry, and we're looking for an experienced OTM Consultant to join our team. As an OTM Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company by leveraging your expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) application configuration and implementation.

About the Role

As an OTM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and improving OTM software solutions within our IT software development department. You will work closely with our Global Process Experts and Integrated Business Services teams to deliver high-quality project implementations and provide issue resolution, root cause analysis, and bug fixing services.

Your tasks will include analyzing process requirements, designing and implementing OTM software solutions, configuring and developing the application, and providing documentation of implemented solutions. You will also support our Global Process Experts and Business Area on improvement projects implementation and software changes definition.

About You

We are looking for a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude who can bring new ideas to the table. You should have great enthusiasm and a creative mindset, and be able to work well in cross-functional teams. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach, and analytical skills, you should be proactive in seeking to improve the status quo.

You should have expert knowledge in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), some years of experience with issue resolution and software implementation, and higher education in business administration, economics, IT, or similar. Any other language is considered an asset.
