Job Description:
Servicenow is a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for employee experience, customer workflow, and ITX solution sales. We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Consultant to join our team and play a major role in driving revenue growth for one of our products.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on technical consultant position that requires advanced expertise in developing, positioning, and providing product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will support product sales as a technical and domain expert, lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges, and provide product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs.

Responsibilities:
Support product sales by providing technical and domain expertise to a client-facing sales team
Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and provide product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and Servicenow colleagues
Guide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement
Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and guide additional value
Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Technical Sales Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows

Requirements:
5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
Proficiency with the Servicenow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence
Willingness to travel

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
We offer a competitive salary range based on your qualifications and experience. The estimated salary is within this range.
