Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Developer to join our team at Paradox. As a key player in building our EdTech company, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on millions of people's lives.

Your Role

As a Business Developer, your primary objective will be to create new opportunities by attracting ambitious students to our diverse range of trainings. You will identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses, generate new leads through email outreach, and secure 1 to 3 new student enrollments daily.

You will also organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings, initiate outbound calls to qualified leads, and propose innovative ways of identifying new students who could impact our business.

Responsibilities

  • Student Acquisition: Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses
  • Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings and initiate outbound calls to qualified leads
  • CRM Management: Manage calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot and ensure strategic, personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM
  • Tackling Objections: Review call recordings to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills and propose fresh ideas to enhance our offerings
  • Event Participation: Participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products and assist in or lead webinars

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience and a track record of successfully closing high-ticket deals. You should be an autonomous leader, market curious, sales savvy, digital savvy, and a team player with a growth mindset.

Language

You should be fluent in English and have a good level of French (native or bilingual).

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
