Transformational Sales Strategist

We are always seeking top-performing sales champions to join our team at Paradox. If you're driven by results, passionate about influence, and known for building strong connections with stakeholders, this could be your next adventure.
Your Mission:
You will report to Severine, our Sales Coach, and be part of a high-performing team of sales professionals. Your primary objective is to create new opportunities by attracting ambitious students to our diverse range of trainings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Acquisition: Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses, generating new leads through email outreach and aiming to secure 1 to 3 new student enrollments daily.
- Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings, initiate outbound calls to qualified leads, and propose innovative ways of identifying new students who could impact our business.
- CRM Management: Manage calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot, ensuring strategic and personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM, and leveraging CRM for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Tackling Objections: Review call recordings per week to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills, proposing fresh ideas to enhance our offerings.
- Event Participation: Actively participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products, assisting in or leading at least two webinars per month.
What We Offer:

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a track-record of successfully closing high-ticket deals (ideally to BtoC clients)
- Autonomous leadership skills, including organization, prioritization, decision-making, and inspiring others
- Market curiosity, with a keen interest in personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or Edtech
