Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.

Job Description
As a Transformational Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for creating new opportunities by attracting ambitious students to our diverse range of trainings. Your primary objective will be to secure 1 to 3 new student enrollments daily through proactive sourcing, CRM management, and tackling objections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Acquisition: Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings and initiate outbound calls to qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Manage calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot and ensure strategic, personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM.
  • Tackling Objections: Review call recordings to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills, and propose fresh ideas to enhance our offerings.
  • Event Participation: Actively participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products and assist in or lead webinars.

Requirements
We're looking for an experienced sales professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be result-driven, and passionate about influencing and closing deals.
