Competitive Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure includes a competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits, and performance-based bonuses.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRO Product Manager to join our team, which oversees paid marketing traffic for the Gartner Digital Markets (GDM) websites, including Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp, and UpCity.

In this pivotal role, you will lead conversion rate optimization initiatives and drive enhancements to our paid landing page experience through a structured test-and-learn approach.

  • Develop and prioritize testing hypotheses, collaborating with Marketing and Product teams across SEO, SEM, Branding, and more.
  • Manage the testing roadmap, leveraging a scoring-based system to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Create test requirements and mock-ups, working closely with Marketing and Product teams to define testing goals, draft wireframes, and write technical requirements.
  • Own tracking, management, and analysis of all performance marketing tests, utilizing industry-leading testing platforms.
  • Report on testing results, communicating findings to management and leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A deep understanding of the conversion funnel and expertise in CRO best practices.
  • A proven track record of boosting conversion rates, improving user experience, and meeting monthly and quarterly performance targets.
  • Significant experience with at least one major testing platform, along with familiarity with Google Ads, customer data platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Top analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and familiarity with other analytics platforms.
