About the Role:

  • ">
  • We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business in outlined segments within assigned markets.">
  • You will sell our products, destinations, and services to achieve assigned revenue goals, working closely with existing and new accounts in the US, Canada, UK, and other European markets.">
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation, sales, and negotiation skills, as well as flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.">
  • You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the MICE market as a Sales Manager focused on international clients and knowledge of Spain and Portugal as MICE destinations.">
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products, attention to detail, self-motivation, honesty, and integrity are essential qualities for this role.">
  • We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus flexible holidays after one year with the company.">

  • Your key responsibilities will include:">
  1. ">
  2. Business Development: Develop business in outlined business segments (mainly DMC) within assigned key markets (focusing but not exclusively to US, Canada, UK, and other European markets).">
  3. Sales: Sell MCI's and Ovation ́s products, destinations, and services within assigned accounts or territory to achieve assigned revenue goal.">
  4. Marketing & Sales: Set up and execute sales activities in key markets (sales calls, participation at trade shows and industry events, Fam Trips, among others).">
  5. Client Relationship: Work proactively to build relationship with existing and new accounts for Ovation Spain & Portugal.">
  6. Reporting: Maintain reporting in CRM up to date.">
  7. Proposal Development: Support Client Solution Team in the proposal development stage from a sales perspective.">
