Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Climate Risk Account Manager to drive business growth by cultivating strategic relationships with high-value clients in Commercial Real Estate. This role requires expertise in climate change science, impacts, and mitigation strategies, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.

About You
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on complex solutions, and deep expertise within Commercial Real Estate. They will possess a strong understanding of climate change trends, industry regulations, and competitive landscape, as well as the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
This role involves identifying and developing strategic accounts, conducting in-depth client assessments, selling SaaS-based climate risk solutions, and building long-term partnerships with clients. The successful candidate will also stay abreast of industry trends, maintain a deep understanding of climate change science, and communicate effectively with senior-level decision-makers.

Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on complex solutions, and 3+ years' experience and deep expertise within Commercial Real Estate are required. Strong understanding of climate change science, impacts, and mitigation strategies, and familiarity with corporate sustainability and climate regulations are essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and rapport with clients, and passion for sustainability and climate action are highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Mitiga Solutions offers a comprehensive benefits package, including unlimited personal time, flexible working arrangements, and a compressed work schedule allowing for half a day off on Fridays during the year. Additionally, employees can participate in structured feedback and mentorship programs, and enjoy a relaxed work environment near the beach in a cool workspace (Norrsken House).
