Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Efficiently organizing and booking appointments for customers
- Making outbound calls to follow up on appointments and customer inquiries
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Performing various back-office tasks to support customer service operations
- Providing excellent customer service both via phone and email
- Gathering and documenting all necessary information during customer interactions to ensure high-quality service
- Continuously updating knowledge of the company's services and procedures
- Maintaining a professional demeanor, even in stressful situations
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is proficient or bilingual in Swedish with advanced English and possesses excellent organizational, listening, and communication skills. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, open-minded, communicative, and adaptable to different types of customers. Previous experience in customer service or back-office is a plus, as is interest in the healthcare industry and experience with Salesforce.
What We Offer
In this role, we offer a full-time 39-hour contract, indefinite, with a salary of gross/year + up to 3 benefits such as full-time 39 hours/week Indefinite contract: Mon-Fri 08:00/16:30. We'll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you'll need to succeed.
