About the Role

The Sales Operations organization within HP requires support from best-in-class professionals like you to manage end-to-end customer claims management processes.

  • Data collection and analysis
  • Coordination of technical assessments
  • Creation and approval of settlement proposals
  • Internal alignment and customer relations

Maintaining governance calls with assigned regions ensures efficient communication and internal cooperation. You will log claim cases in Jira, update data and approvals for accurate information on internal platforms and dashboards.

Analyze complex cases through root cause analysis, financial impact, commercial context, and more, facilitating decision-making processes. Provide risk and liability assessments for long-term and short-term impacts on potential and open claim cases.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute claims management processes connected to sales cycles: data collection, case analysis, coordination of technical assessments, creation of settlement proposals, approval processing, and closure with customer-facing teams.
  2. Maintain regular governance calls with assigned regions, focusing on efficient communication, team dynamics, and smooth information flow.
  3. Log claims cases in Jira, updating data and approval to reflect correct information on different internal platforms and dashboards.
  4. Organize calls with relevant stakeholders to analyze complex cases, facilitate decision-making processes, and provide risk and liability assessments.

Collaborate closely with HP local legal counsels to ensure compliant and documented agreements as needed. Ensure proper deployment of signed agreements with various internal teams, adhering to record retention based on audit requirements.

About You

We are looking for professionals with:

  • Four-year or graduate degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related disciplines
  • Commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
  • Basis knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong synthesis and analytical skills
  • Structured mindset
  • Solid business acumen and basic understanding of accounting concepts
  • Ability to work under pressure and defend a specific position
