Salary and Benefits

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative with Portuguese-English skills, you'll be part of our Krakow team, working on behalf of leading brands to deliver amazing customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on building long-term relationships, maximizing sales opportunities, and identifying business needs in a cloud-based environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain existing customer relationships while establishing new ones
  • Cultivate consultative selling approaches to meet revenue targets
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business technology needs
  • Negotiate and close deals, handle objections, and provide product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience in prospecting, account development, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • 1+ years demonstrated sales experience
  • A solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
