Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Representative to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a Business Development Representative with Portuguese-English expertise, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, developing, and maintaining existing customer relationships to drive sales growth and revenue targets.">
  • Developing a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.">
  • Cultivating partnerships with high-level decision makers to assess needs and identify opportunities for growth.">
  • Providing exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year demonstrated sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.">
  • Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Portuguese and English.">
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based software and technology solutions.">
  • Solution-oriented mindset and comfortable working to resolve issues before escalating to the next level.">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.">

We offer a competitive base salary of 6,500 PLN gross, as well as a generous relocation package, private medical care, and flexible working hours. You will also have access to a multisport card, additional annual leave, and anniversary bonus.
