Business Development Specialist with Portuguese-English Expertise

What You'll Be Doing:
- Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor to maximize long-term sales opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer service, uncovering sales prospects and cultivating existing relationships
- Cultivate partnerships with high-level decision-makers, assessing their needs and developing tailored solutions
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, developing accounts, negotiating, and closing deals
- Communicating effectively with bilingual (Portuguese and English) customers, understanding their business technology needs
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets, supporting small to medium-sized businesses and C-Level contacts
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1+ years of demonstrated sales experience, with a proven track record of success
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages, ensuring effective customer interactions
- A solution-oriented mindset, comfortable resolving issues before escalating them to the next level
