About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll work closely with our clients to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Building long-term relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
  • Delivering outstanding customer service while uncovering new sales opportunities
  • Cultivating existing customer relationships and establishing new ones
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex business technology needs
Responsibilities
  1. Negotiate and close sales deals with brand knowledge
  2. Handle objections and rebuttals during customer interactions
  3. Recommend and negotiate product knowledge with customers
  4. Build a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
The Ideal Candidate
  • Has 1+ years of demonstrated sales experience
  • Develops partnerships with high-level decision makers
  • Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in Norwegian and English
  • A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues
