Dedicated Customer Service Representative with Expertise in Norwegian Language

Job OverviewWe are recruiting exceptional customer service representatives to deliver first-class service to our customers. As a Dedicated Customer Service Representative with expertise in Norwegian language, you will work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way
- Analyzing consumer problems and offering individual solutions
- Offering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media
- Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A fluent level of Norwegian with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- A high level of English (both written and spoken)
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- The ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
This part-time position offers a competitive salary of €9,230.77 per year, paid bank holidays, and one extra day in lieu. Additionally, you will receive a bonus for top performance incentives and participate in a hybrid work model with 4 days per month at the office/trainings/rest from home.
