About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our B2C Customer Care Team based in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded throughout their language learning journey with Alpadia Language Schools Sa.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and/or admissions in the travel and tourism or language education industry, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills. You will be fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and have very high English language proficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate the day-to-day admissions operations and service functions for Kaplan International Languages and Alpadia programs.
- Act as the main point of contact for direct clients after sales staff has confirmed their booking.
- Enter student information onto our booking systems and confirm bookings within our 24 working hours max policy.
- Support customers with any inquiries they may have before their arrival at school via calls or emails.
- Collect payments and necessary student pre-arrival information, such as parental consent forms and travel details.
- Install and consolidate a high level of trust between you and the customer.
- Help clients navigate and understand our student portal.
- Manage complaints and liaise with management for escalations.
- Proceed with extensions and check availability for summer camps and adult schools if necessary.
- Collaborate with other Sales and Customer Care staff, as well as operations, schools, and finance departments.
