Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner.
- Analyse customer problems and offer individual solutions, putting yourself in their shoes.
- Offer an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
- Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
Requirements
- A fluent level of Norwegian with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- A high level of English (both written and spoken).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
What We Offer
- A start date of November 5th.
- A temporary 3-month contract with the possibility of extension (1-month probation period).
- A part-time schedule of 20 hours per week.
- A salary of 9,230.77 euros gross per year.
