Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries professionally. Develop a sound understanding of our client's products and services. Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador. Offer an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.

Requirements
A fluent level of Norwegian with exceptional grammar and spelling skills. A high level of English (both written and spoken). A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy. Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.

What We Offer
A start date of October 1st. A temporary 3-month contract with a 1-month probation period. Part-time work with 20 hours per week. Working days/hours: Monday to Friday from 10AM to 2PM. A salary of 9,230.77 euros gross per year. Bonus: top performance incentives. Paid bank holidays and 1 extra day in lieu. A hybrid work model: 4 days per month in the office/training/rest from home. Training: 2 weeks, possibly full-time Monday to Thursday, 9AM to 6PM, 1-hour lunch, Friday 9AM to 5PM, 1-hour lunch. Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera).
