We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional with expertise in the Norwegian language to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Barcelona. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds: spend 2 days a week in our modern office and 3 days working remotely.

As a key member of our sales team, you will represent Google's cutting-edge products, working with businesses in the Norwegian market. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with potential customers in the Norwegian market to promote and sell Google's product portfolio.
  • Understand clients' needs and tailor Google's solutions to address their specific requirements.
  • Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to final agreement, ensuring exceptional service throughout.
  • Present and demonstrate Google products to prospective clients, highlighting how these solutions can add value to their business.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to deliver seamless customer service.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately €55,000 per year, as well as additional benefits such as relocation support, health and life insurance, career growth opportunities, flexible work model, permanent contract, and positive work culture.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Native-level Norwegian with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English for internal discussions and training purposes.
  • Sales experience or customer-focused background is advantageous, but we provide full training for those eager to learn.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and an interest in helping businesses succeed using Google solutions.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to establish rapport and build lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, comfortable working independently and in a team.
